A.R.S. § 23-213 - Good Faith Protection For Arizona Employers Regarding Employment Of Unauthorized Aliens

Arizona Revised Statute Section 23-213 provides Arizona employers some protections with regard to compliance with Arizona's laws regarding the employment of unauthorized aliens, if they are acting in good faith to avoid violating state or federal law. This section states:

This article shall not be construed to require an employer to take any action that the employer believes in good faith would violate federal or state law.
