Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-301 addresses the obligations of certain landlords, namely innkeepers. A.R.S. § 33-301 states:
Every keeper of a hotel, inn, boarding, lodging or apartment house, or auto camp, shall post in a conspicuous place in the office or public room, and in every bedroom of the establishment, a printed copy of sections 33-951 and 33-952, with a printed statement of charges by the day, week or month for meals, lodging or other items furnished.
This and related statutes at A.R.S. §§ 33-301 - 33-381 generally pertain to landlord tenant relationships that do not fit within the parameters of other Arizona law, such as that between innkeepers and their guests. These sections expressly do not apply, however, to the landlord tenant relationships involving the rental of a dwelling unit, which are governed by the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act at A.R.S. §§ 33-1301 - 33-1381. If you've got an issue related to Arizona landlord tenant law in any way you should discuss the matter with an Arizona lawyer as soon as possible.
