Arizona Revised Statute Section 23-102 addresses the source of the funds to pay the salaries of the Commissioners on the Arizona Industrial Commission. A.R.S. § 23-102 states:
The salaries of members of the commission shall be paid by the administrative fund.
The administrative fund addressed in this statute is the subject of A.R.S. § 23-961, which provides for an assessment requiring every insurance carrier writing workers compensation insurance to pay a tax to this fund to finance the operation of the Industrial Commission.
