A.R.S. § 23-203 – Coercing An Employee To Purchase From A Particular Person

Arizona Revised Statute Section 23-203 makes it a crime to compel or coerce an employee to buy goods or supplies from a particular person. The statute states:

A person who knowingly compels, or in any manner seeks to coerce any employee or any person to purchase goods or supplies from any particular person is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
